General Information

TWI carries a variety of treats and toys and many items typically used in puppy and obedience classes. We carry some very good training booklets that deal with specific training issues and can assist owners with hard-to-find items.

Other Services

1. . “Baths” We will do baths on most breeds, either during the pets’ boarding stay or as a walk-in. Our customers appreciate this as it is really hard to give your pet a bath in your home, bending over your tub (ouch!). We use professional grooming salon shampoos and conditioners and we normally brush out the pet. Prices vary based on the size of the dog, but normally run from $10 to $25. Our prices are a lot more reasonable than going to Lexington. However, we do not do scissor cuts or actual trims, you will need a more experienced groomer for these services.
   
   
2. “Nails” We will clip (or grind) your pet’s nails. Just let us know or drop by. Our experienced pet care experts can do this with a minimal hassle to you and your pet.
   
   
3. “Bordetella vaccination” We can give you pet a Bordetella vaccination during a stay at our facility. We began offering this service because many clients didn’t get this vaccination during their pet’s yearly trip to the vet. Also, this vaccination is typically good for 6 months, so it is required more frequently if you board your pet.

Natura Pet Foods

We carry an extensive line of super premium all natural dog and cat food from Natura, including Innovia, California Natural, and Evo. We can also order from our suppliers just about anything you might want, without having to go to Lexington. We also participate in the Natura Pet Food Frequent Buyer program, where pet owners can get a free bag of food for each 10 they purchase.
